Add a Duplicate action to the Connections list - #75110
Merged

Conversation
Setting up near-identical connections for several environments meant re-typing every field by hand; Airflow 2 offered duplication and the Airflow 3 UI dropped it. The API returns secrets as '***'. Editing merges that placeholder back into the stored secret, but creating has nothing to merge with, so copying it would save the placeholder itself as the new secret. Redacted values are therefore left empty for the user to fill in. closes: apache#74998

Setting up near-identical connections for dev, staging and production meant re-typing every field by hand. Airflow 2 could duplicate a connection, but the Airflow 3 UI dropped that action.
Each row in the Connections list now has a Duplicate action. It opens the add-connection form pre-filled from the selected connection, with an empty Connection ID.
The API returns secrets as
***, both the password and sensitiveextrakeys. When a connection is edited, the backend merges that placeholder back into the stored secret. A new connection has no stored secret to merge with, so copying the placeholder would save the literal***as the new connection's secret. Redacted values are left empty instead: the password field is blank, sensitiveextrakeys are dropped, and provider fields show up empty. A note at the top of the form asks the user to fill them in.closes: #74998
