docs(start): get the first admin's code from seamless owner-code - #119

Part of fells-code/seamless-cli#275. Also drops the removed bootstrap invite route, table and event from the reference pages.
The owner gets admin:write (or admin), not both, and email OTP registration creates the account before the address is verified.

Part of fells-code/seamless-cli#275 (docs half). Depends on fells-code/seamless-cli#281: merge after the CLI release that ships
seamless owner-code. The page says 0.24.0 or later; correct that if the command lands in a different version.What
