Replace the Fanout-specific CLA with the shared LabStack Contributor License Agreement used by Driga, Fanout and Onebox. It adds the right-to-relicense clause (section 4), so contributions can also ship in a commercially licensed edition; every Apache-2.0 release stays Apache-2.0. The CLA workflow is unchanged. No one has signed the old text yet (signatures.json on cla-signatures is empty), so nobody needs to re-sign.
