Invoices, corrections and cancellations now print the conference date(s) as Leistungsdatum (§ 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 6 UStG) in the meta block. The dates are recorded in the invoice snapshot; cancellations of snapshots written before this change fall back to the conference's start_on/end_on. When no date is known the line is omitted and a warning is logged. Before: programmier.con ticket invoices show Rechnungsdatum and Fälligkeitsdatum (or the Bezug line on corrections/cancellations), but no Leistungsdatum, which is a mandatory invoice field per § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 6 UStG.
After: all three document types (Rechnung, Rechnungsberichtigung, Stornorechnung) show the conference date as Leistungsdatum in the meta block below the Rechnungsdatum, e.g.
Leistungsdatum: 25.–26.11.2026(a single date when the conference is one day).How: the paid hook and the invoice-lifecycle endpoint now load the conference's
start_on/end_onand record them in the invoice snapshot (service_date_start/service_date_endinsnapshot_json); the PDF renders the formatted range from the snapshot. A Stornorechnung keeps the referenced invoice's dates; for snapshots written before this change it falls back to the conference dates. If no date is known at all, the line is omitted and a warning is logged instead of failing. Code-only: no schema changes.Already-issued invoices are unchanged (issued documents stay frozen). The Directus CMS extension needs a redeploy for this to take effect.
