What changed

• Replaces the blocking spotlight tour with a compact, non-modal first-success guide.
• Tracks only real milestones: page creation, content added, command applied, visual built, and export saved.
• Supports verified-AI and no-AI paths, plus pause/resume/finish persistence.
• Keeps the guide out of modal dialogs, clarification/proposal cards, and onboarding-disabled sessions.
• Preserves the one-row workspace top bar while History is open.

Validation

• pnpm run ci — 118 files passed, 5 skipped; 1,552 tests passed, 22 skipped.
• Production Electron build passed.
• Onboarding E2E passed.
• All affected command, history, page-look, and side-panel E2E specs passed.
• The complete E2E run reached 104/109; its five failures exposed guide overlap and top-bar wrapping. Those causes were fixed, and all five affected tests passed afterward.

Note: docdexd hook pre-commit was unavailable because the local docdexd CLI is not installed; Docdex MCP impact analysis was used instead.
