Summary

Cleans up the existing Stovepipe documentation to match the current build flow, including project analysis in record.

Updates the workflow diagram to show the planned buildanalysis step and the fixer flow split into fix for evaluating and triggering repairs, and fixsignal for monitoring execution and recovery.

Test Plan

  • Passed make fmt lint check-tidy check-gazelle docs-build on the PR head.
  • Parsed the workflow diagram successfully with Mermaid 11.12.1.

Revert Plan

Revert this documentation commit.
