Strats shouldn't need to redescribe the tech when the tech is the only thing being done here.
There is more detail in these notes than on the tech description, if you think there is more to add there.

I think you require the easiest option here and remove the rest.

They seem close to equal to me. I would probably always go for the stationary lateral morph but likely miss it (and with the early pause it's hard to see if you got it, so I would still continue the attempt without it). Technically horizontal bomb boost is probably easiest but it also complicates the inputs in the most precise part of the trick so I don't know. Spring fling is simple to do but seems not really reliable on its own; it's possible to just barely not make it onto the ledge.

The springfling feels best to me. And I find you don't need to do anything extra or mixing of tech.
I don't like canStationaryLateralMidAirMorph since the jump morph is so fast.
I could see canBombHorizontally being easier if you have a good sense of input timings, and difficulty may vary with control mapping. As I take my hand off movement to mash pause.

Yeah these notes copy what are also used in many other places. It could maybe go in the tech description but these details don't exactly apply in every case, e.g. G-mode artificial morph or cross-room jump cases, so I think that's why we didn't put it there before.

If we want to adjust the notes, it could maybe in a separate clean-up PR, because there would be a lot of rooms affected

I think its fine for these to have a long description, because people struggle with them and it'll be most visible here, but let me take a look and see if I can prune it a bit and move more of it to the tech description ...

I see, starting from the top of the slope the spring fling seems reliable. I was starting a few pixels down-left, which worked fine for the other two methods.
