This adds some detail to the
canUnderwaterBombIntoSpringBallJumptech and some strats that use it. For the double spring ball jump, I found the single bomb method to be much more reliable than spamming bombs & pause like we were doing before.Statues Room video: https://videos.maprando.com/video/6789
