I didn't think you could keep yourself afloat with bomb jumps.
But its like a ceiling bomb jump, with diagonal bomb jump elements to control your horizontal speed. And no setup to get started. Exiting the sandfall on the platform seemed free, but it could have been a lucky attempt.

If this goes into expert, would you also want to move the Spring Ball jump strat "Suitless Bootless Evir Freeze (Center to Right)" down to Expert (currently in Extreme)? Otherwise on Expert this strat ("Suitless Bootless Evir Freeze (Left to Center)") would only get you to the center of the room, with nothing useful to do from there.
In West Sand Hall most of the suitless bootless strats are in Extreme as well; should any of those also move down to Expert?

Springball jumping with the right timing of entering a sandfall is considered Extreme still. You can freeze the evir at the right height and do a stationarylateralmidairmorph, but the timing isn't friendly. I'm not looking to put bootless sandhalls into Expert, but this Evir freeze really isn't hard.
The Evir climb feels closer to something that can go into expert, but still isn't that appripriate plus it is a patience strat.

By the way, it is possible to do the Evir Climb faster; my video only took about 40 seconds for the climb once on top of the Evir: https://videos.maprando.com/video/7291 . But that was doing it in a bit of a reckless way probably. The |
Sam shared videos of all of these a while ago.
I wasn't sure if we might want to consolidate some of the notables in this room but figured that can be postponed to a later PR if needed. The existing notable "Cross Room Jump with Ice or Damage Boost" seems maybe obsolete since the "Suitless Bootless Evir Freeze (Left to Center)" is relatively simple and has no runway or damage requirements.
I was thinking probably Insane for the Door Stuck Flatley Jump (especially since in all useful cases it has to be combined with the water-to-water door stuck setup), and Extreme for the others.

I didn't want to try the infinite sand bomb jump method yet, but it would be interesting to look at later.
